University of Ghana Legon and partners in the organisation of OAC 2009 contribute to WACREN

The Organizing Committee of the Open Access Conference 2009 has recommended that funds left over from financial support provided by the Partnership for Higher Education in Africa (PHEA) and Carnegie Corporation of New York should be transferred to the AAU towards the ongoing process of establishing the regional network.
