This year’s edition of the UbuntuNet-Connect will focus on ‘Redesigning the Digitized African College and University’ – a pertinent post-COVID subject matter. Conference participants will share experiences, discuss and chart the way forward on how African higher education institutions (HEIs) can think outside the box to create, new and innovative processes and capabilities based on current and emerging digital technologies. The conference, scheduled for November 24 and 25, 2022, will have keynote speeches, panel discussions, and paper presentations that will address topics in a wide array of areas including digital technologies, high-speed connectivity, digitization in HEIs administration, the digital library, digital transformation of research, digital transformation of teaching and learning among other.
