Delivery, installation, and testing are required to be completed by March 31, 2025. Submission of a bid will imply acceptance of this timeline. The delivery location is Accra, Ghana. Installation costs and any licensing costs should be explicitly mentioned where applicable. All licensing must cover a 5-year term. The total cost should include all applicable taxes.
