As part of the development of its infrastructure and roll out of new applications and services to the community it serves, WACREN is upgrading its NOC infrastructure. This means WACREN requires a range of equipment suitable for upgrading its NOC equipment, including devices and software related to network security, servers, desktops and control room video systems, as well as Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to the Network Operation Center hosted in the WACREN HQ in Accra, Ghana.

The objective for this call for competition is to obtain technical and commercial responses from potential bidders that describe the proposed solution, including the licencing model, methodology and timeline of the installation.
