Rede Nacional De Ensino E Pesquisa (RNEP-GW) of Guinea Bissau has joined WACREN and is now the newest NREN Member.

As an NREN member, RNEP-GW will actively participate in WACREN activities and benefit from its services.

Receiving RNEP-GW into membership, the Chief Executive Officer of WACREN, Dr. Boubakar Barry, commended the NREN for taking this bold step, demonstrating its commitment to fostering excellence in research, education, and innovation in Guinea Bissau. 

“On behalf of the WACREN Community, I welcome RNEP-GW into the growing family and the global REN community. We, as WACREN, will amass the strength of the community to support you in the various phases of development as an NREN. We expect a close collaboration and commitment in all our endeavours. Once again, you’re welcome,” Dr. Boubakar Barry said.
